About the Author

Rex Albion is a new pen name for an established author with a lot of books under my belt in other genres.

As Rex, I'll be writing men's adventure fiction, for manly men! It'll also be accessible to those of you out there, who don't have big bushy beards, lumberjack shirts and the ability to bench press twice your bodyweight (which I assume is most of us?).

I've been enjoying reading harem lit for a few years now, and gamelit as well. I have a preference for comedy, heroism, putting the world to rights and civilisation building.

You won't find anti-heroes or horror in my books, although you'll probably find horrific puns and truly horrific fates for bad guys. I ask you though, if we're not allowed to mutilate bad guys in our books, who are we allowed to mutilate?

I checked, and apparently you're not supposed to do it to them in real life.

I hope you'll enjoy my contribution to the harem genre, and shout it from the rooftops (leave reviews and ratings) if you do.

About the Books

My first series, Vandal the Barbarian, will feature the titular barbarian and his harem of beautiful women, starting with Roxy, a beautiful and lusty Goblin Shaman.

Vandal and Roxy are, sadly, deceased. But it's ok, they're living in a virtual afterlife - an adults only MMO called New Albion. It's a pretty cool place, and after all, they did choose it from dozens of other games.

There they can indulge their love of gaming, and their wildest fantasies in a convincingly real environment, complete with pleasure and pain.

Vandal soon recruits Roxy to his harem, I mean, she's practically hand picked for the purpose by the AIs that match players up and furnish them customised quests. They find themselves facing off against dastardly foes and building a new life as well.

Vandal is an American, who chose to play the classic fantasy barbarian, and immediately regrets the fit of his clothes!

Roxy is a classic English rose, who picked a beautiful, curvy, goblin as her avatar. She's a shaman, with a lust for life and a submissive nature - in the bedroom at least. On the battlefield, she likes hurling lightning that explodes people's heads, and healing Vandal. 

Here you will find updates about my first book, Rescuing Roxy - Vandal the Barbarian Book 1.As you already guessed, it's about a Vandal, a barbarian, who ends up on a quest to rescue a beautiful woman called Roxy. They're both living in a virtual afterlife called New Albion, an adults only, fully immersive MMO. It's Gamelit harem, with plenty of action, swearing*, a bold American hero, and an English Rose as his first harem member, with explicit violence and sex. It's a slow burn but Roxy isn't the only romantic interest Vandal will have in the series. *Curse or cuss words for our American brethren
